In collaboration with local partner organisations we develop our own project ideas. We support them in optimising the use of limited resources to tackle both urgent and structural long-term problems, otherwise referred to as capacity building. Through knowledge transfer we enable them to be more efficient and to operate more independently. 100% of the funds we donate go directly towards well-defined and financially managed projects. This may be used for local salaries, training or materials.

All The Comrads members are volunteers, and as such, do not receive a penny in salary. This makes it very simple: EVERY penny that goes into The Comrads' account ends up directly benefiting our cooperation projects. See our partners page for more information about our work.
